Development/expansion of SAP SuccessFactors, conversion of SAP HCM to H4S4 Migration Aconso to the cloud and introduction of document service This call for tenders is looking for providers who can expand the HR IT systems for the LUKS, consisting of 2 Lots, implement under a work contract and put the new solutions into operation. During the operational phase, the necessary contracts with the solution manufacturers as well as a maintenance contract with SLA with the service provider run respective lot. Work and maintenance contracts are individual contracts under the framework agreement concluded with LUKS. If necessary, the LUKS can use the latter to access expert know-how at predefined rates and place further orders in the form of additional work contracts awarded under the framework contract. In addition to the content mentioned, the framework agreement also regulates the provision of an SPoC for the LUKS, through which all inquiries and concerns of the LUKS relating to the topics regulated therein be processed. The contents of the procurement for each lot are listed in the descriptions of the lots.
