③ have Grade A, B or C in "Selling" in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025/2026/2027 and have qualification for participating in competition of the Tokai-Hokuriku region.
④ not be in arrears either of insurance premiums (2 insurance year about (E) and (F)) for the last two years of this bid submission deadline, for bidders subject to the following insurance systems :
(A) Welfare annuity insurance
(B) Health insurance (by Japan Health Insurance Association)
(C) Seamen's insurance
(D) National pension
(E) Worker's compensation insurance
(F) Unemployment insurance
⑤ prove to have no false statement in tendering documents.
⑥ prove neither the business condition nor credibility is deteriorating.
