The subject of the two-step procedure is the conclusion of the Purchase Contract for the purchase of an equipped office from one part of the design area. 1. Zadvajc is the holder of the Decision on the issuance of authorization for the provision of health services j. 193-7/2013-2697 as amended by the 5th supplement, issued pursuant to 15 paragraph 1 of letter b) and 19 of the Act. 372/2011 Coll. about health services and conditions of their provision and 67 of the Act. 500/2004 Coll., original d.
