3.1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the sentence entitled: Delivery of furniture as part of the project entitled: Good professional - better future III, co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus under the Regional Program European Funds for Youth for the years 2021-2027.3.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 8 to the ToR, divided into two parts of the order. The Contractor may submit an offer for any number of parts of the order. The contractor is obliged to submit an assortment and price form along with the offer Attachment No. 1a to the SWZ is the Contractor's own document - containing the name of the offered product, the name of the manufacturer and the catalog number or symbol identifying the product and at least the gross unit price in PLN. If the manufacturer does not provide a catalog number or symbol, the Contractor describes the lack of a catalog number / symbol. The scope of the subject of the order includes the delivery, bringing, placing in the indicated rooms and assembly in the place indicated by the Ordering Party at the registered office of new, non-exhibition furniture, in particular: wardrobes, chests of drawers, school desks, school chairs, desks, classroom shelves, warehouse shelves, etc.
