1. The subject of the order is the delivery and assembly of office and laboratory furniture of individual (custom-made) and industrial (series) production, constituting the equipment of the premises of the Regional Center for Blood Donation and Blood Treatment in Białystok Punkt Blood Collection in Sokka.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Appendix No. 1A to the SWZ and Appendix No. 1B to the SWZ. The remaining conditions regarding the execution of the order are specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, constituting Annex No. 7 to SWZ.
