TeeSe Botnia Oy Ab is preparing a request for quotation for furniture and other related products according to the following furniture and product groups:

1. Kindergarten furniture

2. School and learning environment furniture

3. Furniture for offices and public spaces

4. Library furniture

5. Care furniture

6. Nursing beds

7. Nursing mattresses

Based on the received offers, a framework arrangement is formed among the suppliers selected by furniture and product group as described in the tender request and its appendices.

The framework agreements are concluded as valid for an indefinite period, so that they cannot be terminated until the end of the first agreementduring the year (12 months). Regarding the maximum duration of the framework arrangement, however, § 42 of the Procurement Act (1397/2016) applies so that the contracts continue without termination until said the new tendered procurement contract period for procurement begins.
