1. The Barangay Local Government of Galicia, Rapu-Rapu, Albay, through the Budget of contract approved by the Barangay Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Seventy Four Thousand Pesos Only (Php 74, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Furniture and Fixtures Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Local Government of Galicia, Rapu-Rapu, Albay now invites bids for Furniture and Fixtures. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
