The Department of Military Affairs is looking to award a one-time contract with a qualified vendor for the purpose to furnish and install Trane 14.5 Steer 5-ton single stage condensing unit, 230v 3ph, 35 amp max fuse, R410a refrigerant and louvered hail guards, Trane multipoise Air Handler, direct dive blower motor, w/txv, 230v, 1ph or (Approved Equal) to repair the HVAC system to facilitate the replacement of air handling and condensing unit that has failed. Installing contractor shall also work with the equipment manufacturer to verify proper operation and control of the compressor at the Madison NGA, 504 3rd Street, Madison, MN 56256 MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING: May 9, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Madison MN National Guard Armory, 503 3rd Street, Madison, MN 56256. SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. The deadline for submitting questions is May 13, 2024, 2:00 p.m., Central Time. Questions must be submitted in writing to Ms. Sara Seelen at sara.l.seelen@state.mn.us. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via a new Event Version. THIS IS A FORMAL EVENT/SOLICITATION. Responders must submit their bids on the Supplier Portal. No Non-Electronic or email responses will be accepted. The response must be submitted no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details.
