1) The BLGU-San Antonio, Bombon, Camarines Sur, through the 2026 20% Economic Development Fund (EDF) intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement and Installation of CCTV at Zone 1 to 7 Phase 2. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
