1. The Barangay Dammang Norte, through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND, intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FORTY EIGHT THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY FIVE PESOS (₽ 148, 255, 00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for FURNISHING & DELIVERY OF VARIOUS MATERIALS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF ADDITIONAL STREETLIGHTS 15 UNIT OF BARANGAY, DAMMANG NORTE, CAMALANIUGAN, CAGAYAN Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
