Description : 1) The National Irrigation Administration - Regional Office 7 (NIA-RO7), through the General Appropriation Act - Line Project (GAA-LineProject) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Nine Hundred Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty-Five Pesos and 00/100 (Php5, 907, 885.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Furnishing of Construction Materials for the Construction of Canal Structures of Tanjay-Bais River IP, Tanjay City, Negros Oriental with contract No. NOSO-GOODS-TANJAY-BAIS-01-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The NIA-RO7 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required One Hundred Eighty (180) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
