The Barangay Tagum through the 20% DEVELOPMENT intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTEEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED TWENTY TWO PESOS AND 50/100 (P118, 922.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for FURNISHING & DELIVERY OF VARIOUS MATERIALS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF ADDITIONAL STREETLIGHTS @ TAGUM, CAMALANIUGAN, CAGAYAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.
