1. The Barangay Tulutuging, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY PESOS (P360, 420.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for FURNISHING & DELIVERY OF VARIOUS MATERIALS FOR THE COMPLETION OF MULTI-PURPOSE GYM AT BARANGAY TULUTUGING, CAMALANIUGAN, CAGAYAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
