The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF BAMBAN through the General Fund for the 2026 Budget intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE PESOS (PHP 2, 499, 725.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “FURNISHING AND DELIVERY OF ASSORTED MEDICINES”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF BAMBAN now invites bids for “FURNISHING AND DELIVERY OF ASSORTED MEDICINES” using Competitive Bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 days after the issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least three years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
