Tender Details

The Department of Military Affairs is looking to enter a one-time contract with a responsible vendor for the purpose of furnish and install Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) spec 2470b compliant film shades in the Miller Army Airfield Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) located within Camp Ripley Training Center, 15000 Highway 115, Little Falls, MN 56345. Specifications and scope of work further defined in Exhibit C of the Sample Contract. THIS IS A FORMAL EVENT/SOLICITATION. Responders must submit their bids on the Supplier Portal. No Non-Electronic or email response will be accepted. The response must be submitted no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details. QUESTIONS. Any questions and/or clarifications in regard to the solicitation shall be made in writing to Ms. Sarah Posterick, sarah.m.posterick@state.mn.us. If a Responder discovers and significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the solicitation in the solicitation, the Responder must immediately notify Sarah Posterick in writing of such error and request modification or clarification of the document. All questions should be submitted no later than the date and time defined in Section 1 of the Request For Bid. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the questions/clarifications due date and time. Responders are not to contact anyone within any other State Agency regarding this solicitation. SWIFT CONTRACTOR ASSISTANCE HELPDESK. Contractors needing help with registration and/or completing their response to the Event in the Supplier Portal may contact the Contractor Assistance Helpdesk: 651.201.8100, Option 1. Your bid is not submitted until you select the 'SUBMIT BID' button. You will receive a confirmation message when your bid has been submitted. Print and save your confirmation page. If your response does not comply with the solicitation requirements, it will be rejected. The Department of Military Affairs will award the event to the lowest responsible bidder that meets the specifications and all terms and conditions. The State of Minnesota reserves the right to award items separately, by grouping items, or by total, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the State. Thank you for your interest and participation.
