The Department of Military Affairs intends to award on one-time contract with a Responsible Contractor for the purpose of Furnish and Installation of twelve (12) window units in the Chapel (Bldg. 10-98) located at Camp Ripley Training Center (CRTC), Little Falls, MN (further defined and in accordance with Exhibit C of the Sample Contract.) THIS IS A FORMAL EVENT/SOLICITATION. Responders must submit their bids on the Supplier Portal. No Non-Electronic or email responses will be accepted. The response must be submitted no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details. QUESTIONS. Any questions and/or clarifications in regard to the solicitation shall be made in writing to Ms. Michelle Walker, Michelle.l.walker@state.mn.us. If a Responder discovers any significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the solicitation, the Responder must immediately notify Michelle Walker in writing of such error and request modification or clarification of the document. All questions should be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m., April 4, 2024. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the questions/clarifications due date and time. Responders are not to contact anyone within any other State Agency regarding this solicitation. SWIFT CONTRACTOR ASSISTANCE HELPDESK. The Department of Military Affairs will award the event to the lowest responsible bidder that meets the specifications and all terms and conditions.
