Upon request, the Contractor must also be available to provide on and off-site instruction and training on how to properly erect and install the flexible composite snow rail fence that was ordered. Contracts awarded through this solicitation will be available to all State of Minnesota agencies and Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) members.CONTRACT PERIOD. The Contract term will begin on June 1, 2026, or upon the date of contract execution, whichever is later, to May 31, 2028, or 24 months after the date of contract execution, with the option to extend up to 36 months, upon agreement by both parties. ESTIMATED AMOUNT. The estimated total dollar value of the Contract for one year is $1, 000, 000.00 to $5, 000, 000.00. However, this shall not be construed as either the minimum or maximum amount.SUBMITTING QUESTIONS.
