The object of purchase is a fungicide for the control of a plant disease - oak powdery mildew (Microsphaera alphitoides) in the form of a microemulsion. The product must contain the active substance tebuconazole (40 g/l).
The provisions of the Law on Sustainable Use of Pesticides (Official Gazette 14/14, 115/18 and 32/20) apply to this purchase, and in terms ofof that Act, the offered product must have a valid decision on the registration of the plant protection product and as such must be on the list of registered plant protection products in the Phytosanitary Information System (FIS) maintained by the Ministry of Agriculture (https://fis.mps.hr /trazilicaszb/). In the FIS, under the formulation of the agent, it must be stated - microemulsion, under the purpose of the agent - fungicide, under culture - oak (nurseries and young plantations), and under the harmful organism - powdery mildew (Microsphaera alphitoides).
