The purpose of this above -the -limit public contract for services awarded in negotiating proceedings with publishing pursuant to the provisions of Section 60 et seq. ZZVZ is the conclusion of an operational agreement on the management of the Investment Fund for available housing ("Operational Agreement") on the basis of which the subject of this public contract will be implemented, namelyWith one supplier whose final offer will be evaluated as economically the most advantageous.and investment funds, as amended ("ZISIF"), in the form of a subfond ("subfond" or "fund") of the investment fund with a legal personality pursuant to Section 9 (1) of the ZISIF ("Investment Fund").
