The subject of the contract is the creation and delivery of a system created on the basis of a functional and technical upgrade of the information system for financial accounting, management and budgeting of the NBS (IS FINU/HRO), which also includes the granting of consent for the use of author's works, or other subjects of intellectual property rightsindustries that were created on the basis of, respectively within the framework of the performance of the contract, which will be the result of public procurement, to the extent required by the public contracting authority, as well as the delivery of HW and the necessary HW licenses defined in the contract, delivery or ensuring the provision of the necessary products, licentities of SW products of 3rd parties and the creation and delivery of a system for data migration. The subject of the order also includes service services to ensure the operability of the delivered information system, consisting of interrelated activities: maintenance and support of the delivered information system, which includesand ensuring its guaranteed reliability and the required level of availability and quick elimination of potential problems without a negative impact on the operability of the delivered information system and further modification, which includes modernization or expansion of functionality according to the requirements of public obcaregiver.
