Removal of existing installations. Removal and decommissioning of detection installations existing fires, including in particular: fire detection panels, fire detectors, non-compliant wiring (see list in Appendix E). 2. Rental with maintenance “full omnium” of new installations includes: the installation of new fire detection panels, connected to a centralized management platform; the installation of fire detectors compatible with these units; the installation of fire alarm triggers linked to sirens which must be connected to a centralized management platform the installation of interconnected fire detectors, 3. Maintenance of existing gas installations, which must be connected and interfaced with the new fire detection units referred to in points 2. Full omnium maintenance includes: Maintenance, repairs, replacement and troubleshooting of fire and gas detection installations necessary for the optimal functioning of the installations (tenant safety) Control of fire and gas installations.
