Description
The contractor shall provide all management, transportation, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform Full Food Services (FFS) required for two separate facilities on Fort Eustis. Contractor tasks include but are not limited to the following: dining facility management functions, food requisitioning, receiving and storage, food preparation, food serving, facility sanitation duties, and the associated logistics analysis and management functions in support of the installation-s mission.
