The subject of the order is the supply of fuel for vehicles of the Military Institute of Armament Technology indicated in Annex No. 1 to SWZ. The subject of the order includes the supply of fuel for vehicles of the Military Institute of Technology in Zielonka and the Research Center Dynamic Stalowa Wola. The delivery will be carried out in the form of successive purchase of fuel in the network of fuel stations in Poland, which are operated by the Contractor, as a result of refueling directly into vehicle tanks, as well as into portable tanks. (canisters) and tolls for using these vehicles on highways. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft provisions of the contract, Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ.
