Request for Quotation form can be obtained from GSO, Municipal Hall, Antipas, Cotabato on Feruary 24-27, 2026 and the deadline for submission of sealed quotation is on Feruary 27, 2026 at 9:00 A.M.
Opening of sealed quotation is on Feruary 27, 2026 A.M. at MPDO, Antipas, Cotabato.
