The existing underground storage tank has reached the end of its useful life and needs to be replaced. The scope includes excavation and removal of the existing underground fuel oil tank and replacement with two (2) - 1, 135 litre double-wall aboveground tanks in the sprinkler room adjacent to the mechanical room. Upon removal of the existing underground fuel oil tank, the area will be tested for contaminated soil.
