Invitation to Bid for the Procurement
of Fuel (Diesel)
1.The Barangay Astorga of Sta.Cruz, Davao del Sur, through the 5% Calamity Fund and General Fund of the Barangay Local Government Unit intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php.300, 000.00) Pesos being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Fuel (Diesel). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Government Unit of Astorga now invites bids for Procurement of Fuel (Diesel). Delivery of the Goods is required within 7-15 days from receipt of Purchase Order/Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the Days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
