The Embassy of the United States in Barbados requires maintenance on Fuel Management System. The anticipated performance period is for base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.
The Government may award the contract based on the initial offers without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
Notwithstanding FAR 4.203-1(b)(5)(ii), the Contracting Officer has determined that it is in the best interest of the U.S. Government that offerors be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov and have an active SAM account at the time of submitting a proposal. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission shall deem the offeror-s proposal to be considered non-responsive to the solicitation instructions and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, qualified offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this contracting opportunity.
