1. The subject of the order is a service called Fuel delivery for 2026-2027. The subject of the order is the supply (purchase) of liquid fuels for vehicles at the disposal of ZEAS in Piotrków Kujawski, consisting of: - diesel oil; - CPV code 09.13.41.00 8, quantity approximately 22, 000 liters2) The Contractor guarantees the quality of the fuel in accordance with applicable standards and regulations on quality requirements for liquid fuels.3) The Contractor will be notified of any irregularities resulting from the quality of the delivered (taken) fuel. immediately notified by the Ordering Party.4) The Contractor will be obliged to present documents and fuel quality certificates at the Ordering Party's request.5) The Contractor undertakes to cover any damage resulting from the poor quality of the offered fuels. fuels (not compliant with applicable Polish Standards).6) Fuels of a given range should meet the requirements of relevant standards and should be suitable for use in summer and winter.7) Deliveries will be made on an ad hoc basis (as needed), non-cash purchases, i.e. refueling vehicles to tanks at the Contractor's gas station.8) The contractor with whom the contract will be signed...
