1. The City Engineering Office intends to procure thru Negotiated Procurement (after Two Failed Biddings) pursuant to Section 53.1 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules & Regulations of RA 9184, the project: Fuel and Materials (Coco Truck -7 with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Two Million Six Hundred Eighty-eight Thousand Pesos (P2, 688, 000.00)
2. The City Agricultural Services Office, through its Bids and Awards Committee, now invites technically, legally, and financially capable bidders for the said project.
3. Interested bidders shall submit the following documents as well as the Price Quotation at the Office of the City General Services:
a.Mayor-s Permit
b.PhilGeps Registration Certificate
c.ITR
d.Omnibus Sworn Statement
