Settlements are made by the Buyer after receipt of vouchers, within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of receipt by the Buyer of the original properly executed and signed by the Parties invoice. Exceptions may be peculiarities of the budget process in Ukraine, when the Buyer submits all payment documents to the State Treasury, and the Buyer does not pay for the goods, i.e. the Buyer does not depend on the passage of the corresponding payment and any fines in such in this case, they do not apply to the Buyer...
