Tender Details

The purpose of this consultation is the supply of fuel and LPG as well as the delivery of diesel, non-road diesel, fuel oil and biofuel in tanks. This framework agreement is placed in a group of orders in accordance with article L.2113-6 of the Public Procurement Code. The order group is made up of the following members: - The Greater Dax Urban Community (group coordinator) - The Intercommunal Social Action Center of Grand Dax - The City of Dax - The Center Municipality of Social Action of Dax - The Municipality of Heugas - The Municipality of Saint-Vincent-de-Paul - The Municipality of Téthieu - The Municipality of Herm - The Municipality of Gourbera - The Municipality of Mees - The SIVU of the RPI of the Municipalities of Bénesse, Heugas and Saint-Pandelon Location(s) execution: For lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9, delivery will take place to the addresses indicated in the CCP. The procurement procedure used is: open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement with minimum and maximum is entered into in application of articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 to 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
