Project Description : The competition detail and documents are currently available at https://sasktenders.ca/Content/Public/Search.aspx?CompetitionNumber=ST-Doc3847081110-2SYNOPSIS: This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by the Saskatchewan Telecommunications (“SaskTel”) to prospective respondents to qualify in accordance with Evaluation of Responses provide Fibre Optic Customer Conversion Services as further described in the RFSQ Particulars (the “Deliverables”).Supply fibre conversion services currently being performed effective April 1, 2024 for SaskTel Fibre to the Premises program for the next three fiscal years (April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2027), with possible option years. This will include, but not be limited to, Regina and Saskatoon service areas, and rural communities throughout Saskatchewan. It is expected there will be approximately 3, 200 conversions between Apr 1, 2024 and Mar 31, 2025 in Regina and Saskatoon and 30, 000 conversions (10, 000 per fiscal year) throughout the rest of the province during the three-year contract period. Average fibre conversion takes 3 hours to complete. Communities could be as remote as Buffalo Narrows and La Loche.
