Description of Procurement: The KymiLabs Research Unit of Southeast Finland Polytechnic Oy asks for an offer to purchase FTIR gas analyzer equipment in accordance with this invitation to tendersti. The FTIR gas analyzer equipment is purchased: A) primarily by leasing agreement and B) in the secondary one time. The bidder may bid in the bid for either A) a lease contract (duration 48 months) or B) single deposit or both (A B). The customer decides on the hardware based on the tendersthe acquisition. The number of purchases is one (1) FTIR gas analyzer. Purchase contents: - Portable FTIR gas analyzer - Heated sample lines - Portable Sample Test - Oxygen Meter - 0.1μm stainless steel filter for sampling unit - Emission measurement application including sixsecond (16) gas calibration kit (measurable gases: H2O, CO2, CO, N2O, NO, NO2, SO2, NH3, HCl, HF, CH4, C2H6, C2H4, C3H8, C6H14, HCOH). New compounds must be added to the emission measurement application. - Hardware training (1 day) at the subscriber's premises (address: Pskysentie 1, Kotka). Your deviceThe cost of the training session should be included in the total hardware cost. The equipment should be suitable for field measurements. Spare parts should be available for ten (10) years. The equipment must be able to measure the concentrations of a corrosive gas stream. Equipment maintenance servicethe elite must be located in Finland. The equipment must be delivered to the subscriber within three (3) months of the order. The bidding request does not include a purchase obligation.
