1. The Local Government Unit of BUGUEY, through the Trust Fund( China) and Trust for Fisherfolks intends to apply the sum TWO HUNDRED FIFTY FOUR THOSAND PESOS (P 254, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for FRYPOND DEVELOPMENT at VILLA LEONORA, BUGUEY, CAGAYAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU Buguey now invites bids for FRYPOND DEVELOPMENT at VILLA LEONORA, BUGUEY, CAGAYAN. Completion of the Works is required 30 Calendar Days. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents.
