It is the intent of The Edmonton Catholic Separate School Division (ECSD) to enter into a contract for Frontline Education- Absence & Substitute Management Licensing/Software under provision of a sole source justification “product/service uniqueness, substitution not possible”. Justification for Sole Source:The goods or services can be supplied only by a particular supplier and no reasonable alternative or substitute goods or services exist for the following reasons: compatibility with existing goods, and to maintain specialized goods that must be maintained by the manufacturer of those goods or its representative. Frontline Education is proprietary software. This is an existing relationship with Frontline Education for our absentee & substitute management service platform. ECSD has been using this service over 20 years.Term: commences: July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2026
