The Upper Canada District School Board invites tenders, from pre-qualified eligible bidders, for RAAC REPLACEMENT & ACCESSIBILITY UPGRADES including
• Replace RAAC in roof sections with steel deck.
• Structural enhancements to support new roof deck.
• Remove and reinstall existing mechanical HVAC systems
• New 2-ply modified bitumen roofing system.
• New Universal washroom.
• New stage lift.
• Barrier free exterior doors complete with openers and barrier free sidewalks.
• Replace asphalt play and parking areas.
• Install gold level pylon sign complete with digital display.
• Replace existing washroom vanities.
• Replace existing interior classroom doors.
