The project includes the installation of an immersive Santa Claus house, consisting of a staged journey lasting approximately 1 hour 30 minutes. This family visit takes place in a converted structure (marquees or other construction compatible with the site) and includes several thematic rooms such as the elves' post office, the dormitory, the toy factory, Mother Christmas's kitchen and the reindeer stable. The visit is organized in the form of an interactive show, with the participation of intermittent workers from show helping to reinforce the imagination and magic of Christmas. It ends with a meeting with Santa Claus. The project includes the installation of an ice rink made of real ice, with a surface area of ​​approximately 240 m². The operator implements the changing rooms, manages skates (different sizes), ensures compliance with hygiene rules and guarantees the safety of users. A minimum of three outdoor games intended for children must be integrated into the project. This equipment must participate in highlighting the Christmas spirit. As non-limiting examples, the following can be proposed: a carousel, a toboggan run (including an inflatable structure), flying chairs or a small train.
