Tender Details

The procurement concerns the delivery of fresh meat and cured meats to units within Finspång, Kinda, Söderköping, Valdemarsvik and Åtvidaberg municipality for successive calls during the contract period. The information on volume in this procurement is based on the municipalities' expectations consumption. No guaranteed volume can be promised. Changes may occur due to, among other things, a. political decisions or organizational changes. Changed conditions of the customers' units may mean that the delivery volume changes during the contract period. Additional units shall have the right to use the agreement under the same conditions during the term of the agreement. Departing units must be able to be settled without affecting the agreement. If there are significant changes for the supplier during the contract period, the supplier has the right to terminate the agreement with 3 months' notice. Estimated volume The estimated average annual volume for all procuring authorities is 52, 500 kg. The customer does not guarantee any fixed volumes during the contract period. Ceiling volume 263, 000 kg is the framework agreement ceiling volume for all contract years including option years.
