Procurement of fresh meat for a period of three (3) years in accordance with the attached cost list and technical specifications. The health suitability and quality of food products/groceries must be in accordance with the applicable quality regulations for the goods in question, i.e. in according to: - by the Law on Food (Official Gazette 18/23), - The Law on Food Hygiene and Microbiological Criteria for Food (Official Gazette 83/22), - the Law on informing consumers about food (Official Gazette 56/13, 14/14, 56/16, 32/19), - The Law on Items of General Use (Official Gazette 39/13, 47/14, 114/18, 53/22) respectively - Law on materials and objects that come into direct contact with food (OG 25/13, 41/14, 114/18, 27/24), - The Law on Consumer Protection (Official Gazette 19/22 and 59/23), and implementing regulations of national and EU legislation that are not particularly highlighted, and refer to the subject of this procurement.
