Fresh baked goods - Invitation to market dialogue
Vestfold public procurement cooperation (VOIS) invites suppliers to a written market dialogue in connection with a planned framework agreement for fresh baked goods for six municipalities and the county; Færder municipality, Holmestrand municipality, Horten municipality, Larvik municipality, Sandefjord municipality, Tønsberg municipality and Vestfold county. The agreement is considered to be set up with subcontracts per municipality, and the need will vary between the municipalities in terms of which service locations are to be covered, delivery points, volume and ordering routines. The purpose of the market dialogue is to gain a better insight into the market's capacity and solution options related to the delivery of a standard range of fresh bakery products to, among other things, commercial kitchens, residential and treatment centres, nursing homes, schools and after-school care. Suppliers are invited to answer the questions in the form as part of this written dialogue. The input will be used as a basis for assessing appropriate competition arrangements and the design of requirements and contract structure. Participation is not a prerequisite for being able to participate in a later competition.
