The object of the present tender is to request a quotation for the design and the construction for the French Pavilion on the China International Consumer Products Expo (CICPE - Hainan Expo) 2025 and possibly in 2026; and the French Institutional Pavilion on the China International Import Expo (CIIE) 2025 and possibly 2026. The quality and design of the French pavilion must be very representative of France and the “art de vivre à la française”. The quotation must include:Design and transfer of related intellectual property rights, Production, Transportation, Drayage (if needed), Construction (build-up and dismantling), Maintenance during the trade show, Cleaning at the end of build-up, during the trade shows and dismantling, Maintenance & Storage between trade fairs of the custom made and standard elements specially built for Business France, Power supply and connection, Water connection, Hanging fees, Internet, connection, The relevant insurances.
