INVITATION TO TENDERFREDERICTON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORTRunway 09-27 RehabilitationContract No.: YFC2026-0001Qualified Contractors are hereby invited to submit a tender to undertake the Runway 09-27 Rehabilitation Project at the FREDERICTON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. Tenders, on supplied forms, will be received electronically through Merx until 2:00 p.m. local time on Wednesday, February 18, 2026.The work generally involves the rehabilitation of Runway 09-27 and related works. The work involves topsoil stripping, excavation, supply and placement of granular base, hot mix asphalt, pavement line markings and restoration. The electrical works (to be completed by the Owner nominated lighting specialist) include runway edgelighting replacement, approach lighting towers and foundations replacement, PAPI and windsocks replacement, airfield guidance sign replacement and FEC modifications. Tenderers are advised that, in addition to price, Tenders will be evaluated by the Owner on the basis of noncost selection criteria (experience, key personnel/resources and methodology) as outlined in the Information to Tenderers.Plans, specifications and tender forms may be obtained from www.Merx.com.
