This equipment is required by Deputy Fire Chief Barlow for use with FRD’s IMT, Radio Cache, TROT, and Marine units. Based on prior competitive procurement and proven operational compatibility, this Quick Quote is being issued as a brand-specific solicitation with a No Substitutions clause, approved by DPMM.
