Published on: 2026-04-16 00:00:00 Deadline date and time for submission of envelopes: 2026-05-27 Purpose: The purpose of this contract is the production, construction and management of exhibitors of France pavilions organized by Business France at trade shows in Europe and in the United Kingdom in 2027-2028 and possibly in 2029 and 2030. The bidder must propose a project presenting the most satisfactory technical arrangements and materials for the construction of the France pavilions, as well as the most environmentally friendly at the best price. The bidder must offer his best prices in Euros including all the services described below. Prices are fixed per m² all taxes included and include: Manufacturing, preparation of elements necessary for the project; Transportation, handling and logistics of items; The construction of the pavilion (assembly, maintenance and dismantling); Maintenance during exhibitions; Cleaning at the end of assembly and dismantling; Maintenance and storage between exhibitions of standard and tailor-made elements specially constructed for Business France; Exhibitor management; Relational and administrative monitoring: relations with the organizers of the show, the exhibition site (or others if necessary) for the validation of plans and compliance with show regulations and technical orders (electricity, internet, water, slings, drayage if necessary, etc.) relating to the pavilion on behalf of Business Franc...
