Tender Details

The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide rehabilitation or renovation work, or reuse of buildings. The framework agreement is executed in part by subsequent contracts. For the purposes of this framework agreement, the notion of rehabilitation corresponds to a thorough restoration of an old structure (significant modification of volumes or facades, significant redistribution of spaces, etc.), which may be accompanied by small extensions. The concept of reuse covered by the framework agreement corresponds to any major rehabilitation operation in which the building concerned will change use. As part of an operation, the Buyer may request the execution of diagnostic studies and/or rehabilitation project management missions.
