Tender Details

The purpose of the framework agreement is the provision of services relating to support to the Administration in the context of the development, monitoring and implementation of the energy component of the 2030 Energy Climate Plan. This procedure consists of in the conclusion of a framework agreement with competitionthis of the participants with whom the framework agreement is concluded, in accordance with article 43, §5, 2 of the law of June 17, 2016. The framework agreement will be concluded with a maximum of three participants at the end of competitive bidding carried out via a procedure with several award criteria. The c-agreementadre establishes the terms governing subsequent contracts to be awarded during the period of validity of this agreement. The award of subsequent contracts will be made according to the terms defined in the point "Award of subsequent contracts". Duration: 18 months.
