The purpose of this framework agreement is to designate a service provider, responsible for providing a service enabling: • On the one hand, the implementation and deployment of an Open Data platform (sharing of open data) of the SaaS type - Software-as-a-Service; • On the other hand, to ensure monitoring, support (if necessary through training), and technical support throughout the execution of this contract. Concretely, the bidder is asked to propose a content management platform Open Data for which it will ensure hosting, maintenance, developments and technical support. This platform must offer, in a non-exhaustive manner, a certain number of functionalities considered imperative in order to serve the uses research. The bidder proposes a solution for the three categories of actors covered by the framework agreement: •Basic solution, namely an offer adapted to simple needs for a small structure, not wishing to have functionalities advanced and with a modest amount of data to publish. The targeted use case is that of a small municipality. •Intermediate solution, namely an offer adapted to more advanced needs for an average structure, wishing to have more functionalities and having to make more data available.
