Purpose of the framework service agreement: Designation of service providers relating to support in the commercial attractiveness of traders and towns in Picardy Wallonia as part of the Interreg Commerce project! Project context: The Interreg Commerce project! aims to support trade local and strengthen the attractiveness of city centers, in response to economic challenges and the drop in attendance. Merchants in partner cities will be invited to carry out self-scans (structured self-assessment) to establish a diagnosis of their needs and objectives in in terms of commercial strategy, digitalization and sustainable practices. The coaching targeted by this market aims to offer personalized support, both to traders and local authorities, in order to: • Strengthen the skills of traders and their performance commercial; • Encourage sustainable and responsible development of businesses; • Increase the commercial and urban attractiveness of city centers.
