The services, subject of this contract consist of the organization and certification of the training modules of the inter-network component of the initial training of directors (90 hours). The administrative axis is developed in a 12-hour module. The steering axis is divided into two modules: 1) The educational vision and management module comprising the following two parts (39h): i. Educational vision (6 p.m.); ii. Piloting (9 p.m.) 2) The module developing interpersonal skills and interpersonal skills and groups and construction of professional identity including the following two parts (39h): i. Resource management and human relations, communication, prevention and conflict management in school organization (30h); ii. Deepening of one of the three themes of the first part (i.) (9h). The training modules and parts must meet the training plan (Annex II) and the requirements described in Part II. Technical specifications of this special specifications. THE Training modules must be organized and certified outside the normal operating periods of educational establishments.
