Framework service agreement for mobile parking Uppsala parking and mobility AB procures a service for mobile parking to enable the payment of parking fees and future parking-related services. The service must be provided via mobile application and SMS for the park operator as well as a BackOffice for the buyer's user to work in for e.g. customer support and financial administration. Framework agreements are signed with a maximum of four suppliers who operate in parallel. The assignment includes parking spaces that the buyer monitors and manages, including both street land and municipal block land as well as parking facilities that belong to the buyer's sister company.
